We have found that we can provide a richer experience for clients through incorporating the wisdom and knowledge gained through the mentor's life lessons with coaching practices. Our mentors learn how to empower the client to come to their own unique decisions, make informed choices with the guidance of the mentor's experience and learning. The mentoring is based on a coaching framework which focuses the client's needs and agenda while being able to offer sound options and alternatives based on the mentor's own experience and area of expertise.

In addition to this our students enjoy the opportunity to undergo a year of deepening self discovery and self inquiry to assist them to move beyond any potentially limiting habits or beliefs and engage in life with more harmony and happiness supported by our own team of senior mentors and coaches.
